The fact that Americans don’t worry about this issue is just below par. They choose to focus on the current problems such as ISIS, rather than a problem that has caused pain to many, many harmless victims who have gotten no sort of compensation. These victims are ignored and left to suffer just due to contact juggling getting little to no coverage.
